For soft waves:

Prep your hair with ghd heat protect spray and spray with ghd curl hold spray before applying any heat.
Take vertical sections of hair and wrap them around the tong. Hold for 5-8 seconds.
When hair is curled, comb through with a detangling comb and finish with a spritz of final fix hairspray.
For a more relaxed curl, comb your hair while curls are still cooling.

For glam Hollywood waves:
